Bio

Hailing from Milton Keynes is the local award winning musician The Isle of CC. Making waves in the industry as an alt-soul artist and multifaceted being. In addition to their own music, they are a former radio host, former director of MK Fringe Festival, Director/Music Journalist at Wordplay Magazine and occasionally event curator.

The release of their debut EP, Agoraphobia, saw them supporting Leah McFall (of The Voice UK) on tour. Additionally, was invited to perform at a BBC Introducing session and received airplay from Huw Stevens on his Radio One show in 2017. 

In 2019 found her supporting UK Jazz stalwarts The James Taylor Quartet and playing BBC Introducing Live on the Spinnup Stage.

In 2022 released an EP ‘Void’ on Tapeline Recordings. The lead single ‘Little Black Dress’ has been featured on Victoria Jane’s Future Soul BBC Radio 1 show. 

2023-2024 They have been featured in Dazed and Pirate.com. Named Living Archive’s Future Songwriter and commissioned to write an original song about Milton Keynes. Performing the song at Stantonbury Theatre.
